We have a 3 year old daughter who needs someone to babysit on Sat and/or Sunday. We work either 7AM - 3:30 PM or 2:30 to 10PM.
We also need another babysitter for a few weekday nights from 5pm-10pm. We are hiring 2 babysitters to give you flexibility as well.
Your flexibility with your schedule is a MUST! From week to week our
schedule changes- Every week is different- so this is not the job for you if you need something with the exact times every weekend. We get our schedule 1 week in advance.
We know you will not be able to always accommodate us, but we are looking for someone who can say yes to hours about 70% of the time.
We need someone very reliable who we can trust and count on. Somedays you will be required to pick her up from school. Make her meals. Bath her and get ready for bed.
Profile:
Dedicated to continuously teaching and stimulating (No watching TV all day- plenty of reading, arts and crafts etc)
At least 2 years of experience with good references and willing to go through a background check
Outgoing, energetic and loves the outdoors � the park, beach
Self-starter and someone who thinks ahead
Comes to job with a daily plan already in mind
Someone who can take control of the situation, and distract child when necessary (like when parents leave for work)
Someone very engaging with the child- sings songs, plays on floor - acts silly with her etc...
Want someone who will become an extension of our family
