Hello, my name is Tyler and I am a scholar/graduate student of the Social Sciences. I seek a very silent and safe place to study, write and basically live, that is while working toward my Ph.D. I am a fixed income and receive Housing Authorty Section 8 to help me get thru college. My rent is secured and seek a long-term living arrangement. I do have a well-trained cat and would need my rent for a studio priced at $900.00 per month, though. One-bedroom apartment can be up to $1,300.00. This is my situation.
I currently live in Mission Canyon Neighbourhood Historic District on Tunnel Road and would prefer being closer to S.B./Montecito's environment or something silent, such as now at this time of my life professionally. My land-lord turned-out to have no boundaries and makes me un-comfortable, socio-spiritually. I am a Christian man looking at different services/churches; my religious roots are Church of Christ. I visited SBCC once and have extended/distant family attending, name is Devon Leonard with his wife and kids. Also, currently praying about talking to the pastor in regards to getting re-baptised! Christ Jesus is doing so much in my heart!

Looking for Place to Live | 07/22/2010
I am looking for a place to live, preferably with other females in their 20s although I would be open to other possibilities. I am a Westmont grad (06), a PE teacher, and a basketball coach. I enjoy playing the guitar, hiking, and playing games. I am looking for a place where I would have my own room. I will be working in Goleta but I am flexible about location, its more important to find the right people to live with. I would prefer something around 700, but I have been paying 800 where I am now. Ideally I would like a place by August 1 but would be willing to wait for the right place (I have to be out of my current place by August 1 but then I will be gone the next week anyway).
