We are 2 Christian mid-late 20s women looking for our next roommate. We are looking for a female close in age who is working full time.
This apartment is downtown and a close walk to the Santa Barbara bowl and the Courthouse. The apartment is furnished and the room can come with a queen bed if desired. New stove and range hood replaced in past few months. Dishwasher.
You would be sharing a bathroom with 1 person. There is a separate laundry room on site (not coin-op). We have a charming patio where we sometimes like to have gatherings (Earth Day, Summer Solstice, etc. with a grill and outdoor furniture). All utilities (water, trash, electricity, gas) and shared expenses (trash bags, paper towels, dish soap, cleaning supplies, etc.) are included in the rent. On street parking is easy.
The room is cozy and doesn’t have a closet. Room can comfortably fit a queen size bed, armoire, and desk. There is some additional storage space available in the laundry room. Big window looking into regularly maintained sunken garden/patio area.
Available starting Feb 1, there is some flexibility to move in later than that for the right fit. Month to month lease.
