Hey guys! My roommate Sarah and I are looking for a female working-professional to join our friendly household. We have a master bedroom with a private bathroom opening up February 1st in our beautiful house located in a quiet neighborhood in Summerland.
Our home features a spacious deck with ocean views, perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The house is filled with natural light thanks to plenty of windows, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. You’ll be living with two other professional women in their mid-twenties who are friendly and respectful.
Enjoy the convenience of in-unit laundry and ample parking. We have easy and quick access to the 101 freeway and are just a ten-minute walk to the beach.
Rent is $1550/month, with utilities averaging around $50/month (landlord covers water and trash). Available February 1st. Lease ends May 31st but we should be able to resign. There will be a $300 cleaning fee required by our landlord at the end of the lease, but that can be negotiated with the previous tenant.
